- Turn on memcached
- Finish upgrading everything to PHP5. (avoid quotes like, “Jesus, are you kidding?”)
- Stop hating rails
- Better commenting

i was hoping to see ‘switch to mac’. nice little side effect of installing leopard: mongrel/ruby/rails and apache/php are already setup and installed for you.
weird that they don’t go ahead and slap mysql in there though.
