Help Bring Google to Your City with Javascript

So, like many of you, I am frothing at the mouth over the possibility of getting Google Fiber to come to my city. The mere prospect of downloading at a Gig per second is enough to leave me visibly shaken. So, the first thing I did was go to nominate my city, Durham, NC. After doing so, I realized it was going to take a much greater effort to accomplish this. So I threw together a geolocation javascript that looks for visitors to my site in Durham and then implores that they too go nominate our city. Here is the script.
